Patty Foltz Wins Tufts 10K with Molecular Fitness

Recent Buzz Patty Foltz and her husband Tom live in Stowe, VT and travel the New England area to compete in regional running events. This summer, Patty had a phenomenal racing season and placed 1st in the Tufts 10K in her age group (which was also 2nd in the age group below that!). She has set course records in nearly every race this year and is one of the fastest women in her age group (60+) in the country. “MineralConnexin is a huge factor for me in my training and recovery. Since starting on the supplements I have been able to train harder and recover quicker.” Patty said. “This has been a huge improvement for me both mentally and physically as I move into my sixties.” As the racing season ends here in New England, Patty is looking forward to a winter of skiing and relaxing with her husband Tom and their puppy Mojo.

Patty and Tom Foltz See Improved Recovery and Performance In Running, Weight Training and Golf

Recent Buzz “My wife Patty and I started on the mineral and multivitamin supplements in May 2006.  Initially, we were both skeptical of the benefits, but felt it was worth a trial, primarily because of the potential benefit of quicker recoveries from hard workouts. We both run competitively, lift weights, play a hilly golf course, plus I train in karate,” explains Tom.  “Since we are both in our late 50s, we don’t recover from hard workouts like we did when we were younger. Within a couple of months on the program, we both saw an improvement in recovery time.  I also experienced better health.  I have a family history of gout and hypertension, and both improved with the MineralConnexin and MultiConnexin supplements.  The other pleasant surprise is that neither of us has had a cold in a year and a half, which again allows us to train harder.  With less than a year to go for a new age group (the 60s), we’re optimistic that Molecular Fitness will continue to be a great training aid in keeping us competitive.”

Dr. Tanelian Wows 335 Health Enthusiasts at Molecular Fitness Symposium in Calgary

Recent Buzz

On June 25th, 2008 Darrell Tanelian, Ph.D., M.D. led a symposium at the University of Calgary which was put on in association with Dr. Jay Shephard, DC and Shephard Health which deploys the latest combined technologies to help achieve optimal healing results. Shephard Health is a HealthConnexin Provider and recognizes Molecular Fitness as an integral part of the healing combination.

The event was hosted by Ranjit Bawa, a local personal trainer and life coach.  He did a fabulous job of warming the audience up and setting the stage for the evening. He also moderated the questions from the audience very well and kept things on track.  Dr. Tanelian gave an excellent presentation which discussed the Connexin molecule, nutritional deficiencies, performance, and disease prevention.  Alkalinizing snacks and water were available during the break.

The event was attended by 335 interested, serious and motivated health enthusiasts made evident by the fact that virtually all stayed for the entire 2 ½ hour presentation. Afterwards many stayed to ask questions for at least another hour.  When the attendee’s exited they were given a bio-degradable bag of HealthConnexin educational materials including a Molecular Fitness brochure, a Holistic Primary Connexin Article, a pH quick reference card, and an individual pH strip Test Kit.
